Medical Insurance         
Employees and dependents may participate in our Copay Plan, Health
Reimbursement Account or High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings
Account upon date of hire.
 
Dental Insurance
Employees and dependents may participate in our DMO or PPO
dental plan upon date of hire.
 
Vision Insurance 
Employees and dependents may participate in our vision
plan upon date of hire.
 
Flexible Spending
Account (FSA)

A tax-deferred spending account is available for medical and
childcare expenses.

 
Life Insurance
Frost provides life insurance to our employees at no cost.
For full-time employees the benefit is two times their annual
salary/incentive pay. The benefit for part-time employees is $10,000.
 
Additional Life Insurance 
Additional life insurance coverage is available for employees
and dependents.
 
Long-Term Disability    
Insurance                                      

Frost provides disability insurance to our employees at no cost.
Benefits may be payable after the employee has been unable to
work for six months.
Retirement Plans
401(k) Employees may contribute 2% to 50% of their tax-deferred compensation after 90 days of service, and Frost matches up to 6% in Cullen/Frost Stock Fund. All contributions are immediately vested upon enrollment.
Profit Sharing  Employees aged 21 and older are enrolled in this plan after one year of service with Frost. Employees are vested in their accounts after three years of service.

Employees will receive five to 20 days of vacation annually per
their length of service and officer title.

Program

This program is available to all employees and their immediate family

Tuition Reimbursement         
Frost reimburses employees for eligible tuition expenses.
 
Tom Frost Scholarship
Frost awards multiple renewable scholarships in the amount of $5,000 each
year to the children of qualified employees. They're valid for full-time study at
any accredited college or university of the student's choice.
 
Training Classes &
Leadership Development 

Frost offers many classes internally to assist employees in their personal and
professional development.
 
New Hire Orientation
Frost wants all of our employees to feel like part of the Frost family from the very
beginning. New employees attend an orientation where they learn Frost's goals,
philosophy and employment policies and practices.
Additional Benefits
Referral Bonus Program |Employees who refer qualified hires will receive a $500 bonus for each hire.
