Bill Perotti serves as Group Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Frost Bank. He joined Frost in 1981 as an asset review analyst. In 1983, he was named manager of the asset review division for Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. He also served as Head of Credit Administration and was promoted to Group Executive Vice President in 2001. In May, 2005 he was named Chief Risk Officer for Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. In his present role, he serves as chairman of the bank's Loan Policy Committee, Operational Risk Committee and Central Credit Committee. Perotti is also a member of several executive management committees and serves as the Secretary for the Director's Risk Committee. He oversees credit policy development, implementation, monitoring and concurrence for all lending activities. Before joining Frost, Perotti was a National Bank Examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency.
He graduated cum laude from George Washington University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. He is also a graduate of the Loan Portfolio Management School at Louisiana State University School of Banking.
