Bobby Berman, Group Executive Vice President-Research and Strategy, joined Frost in 1985 as a financial analyst in the treasury division. He became Assistant Vice President and Financial Planning Manager in 1988, Vice President in 1990, and Senior Vice President in 1994. During those years, he served on the Asset Liabilities Management Committee of the bank. Starting in 1997, Bobby spearheaded the implementation of the bank’s Data Warehouse strategy and oversaw its direction for several years. The Data Warehouse gives Frost insights into customer activities and profitability and enables the bank to improve customer service. He was named Executive Vice President and Director of Internet Banking and E-Commerce in 2000, where he oversaw the launch of Frost’s internet and mobile banking services and spearheaded other innovations for more than a decade before becoming a Group Executive Vice President in charge of Research and Strategy. In that role Bobby oversees projects including distribution analysis, research into customer trends and product development and pricing strategies.

A native of Oklahoma City, Bobby earned a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Trinity University in 1984.
