Notice regarding ATM fee by others – If you use an automated teller machine that is not operated by us, you may be charged a fee by the operator of the machine and/or an automated transfer network and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a funds transfer.

Overdraft Fees
Overdrafts Created by: check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal or other electronic means $34 ($35 effective May 1, 2109) for each item we pay that overdraws your account more than $5, up to a maximum fee of $170 ($175 effective May 1, 2019)  per day
Non-sufficient Funds Fee $34 ($35 effective May 1, 2109) per item that we do not pay
Overdraft Protection Transfer Fee, Each Advance from:

• Another deposit account

• Line of credit

How Deposits and Withdrawals Work
How Deposits and Withdrawals Are Processed

Deposits and credits are processed first. Withdrawals are processed next, in the following order:

  • ATM and debit card transaction processed in the order they are received by us
  • Wire transfers, cash withdrawals and other transactions for which authorization has already occurred, from lowest to highest
  • Loans payable to us, from lowest to highest
  • Checks and ACH transactions, from lowest to highest
  • Bank service fees, from lowest to highest

Funds Availability Policy

When funds deposited to your account are generally available:

  • Cash and electronic deposits—same business day
  • Checks—the business day following the date of deposit

Longer delays may apply under certain circumstances. If a longer delay applies, we will notify you and funds will generally be available no later than the seventh business day.
