Financial Center and Motor Bank Status

Updated March 5, 2021
Your Safety is Our Top Priority
Governor Greg Abbott recently announced that mask mandates and capacity limits around Texas will end on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Please note that our current protocols and procedures will remain in effect in an effort to continue slowing the spread of COVID-19. Here are a few ways we’re still prioritizing your safety:
- All employees will continue to wear masks, and we ask that our customers also continue to wear masks when inside the financial center.
- In addition to requiring masks, we have instituted additional cleaning protocols, provided additional hand sanitizing stations and installed transparent health shields.
- Our financial centers will continue to operate at 50% capacity.
- If you would prefer not to wear a mask, we will be happy to serve you from one of our motor banks.
