
Biography
Ericka Pullin is the Group Executive Vice President of Culture and People Development with Frost, overseeing the Frost corporate culture, as well as employee professional leadership development and internal corporate communications. She joined Frost in 1999 and has held various positions with the bank. Ericka spent 15 years in marketing, and serving as senior vice president and brand manager, she oversaw the bank’s brand and advertising strategy and direct marketing programs. Promoted to executive vice president, research & strategy, she spent the following 10 years developing the bank’s organic growth branch distribution strategy, overseeing customer and employee experience measurement programs, and developing product and pricing strategies.
Ericka is an active volunteer in her church and community, and a native of San Antonio, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Texas A&M University and has over 25 years of experience in the communications and financial services industries.
