Frost's Capital Markets Online service allows you to manage your business' safekeeping accounts online.

To view statements, pledge advices, credit advices or maturity advices:

• Log in to your business' Capital Markets Online account.
• From the home screen, click "View Contents" to expand the drop-down menu and then click on "Internet SK."
• Click the named link of what you'd like to view.

To view trade confirmations:

• Log in to your business' Capital Markets Online account.
• Frost the home screen click "View Contents" to expand the drop-down menu and then click on "Trading Documents."
• Click the link for the trade confirmation that you'd like to view.

To extract and down load reports:

• Log in to your business' Capital Markets Online account.
• From the home screen, click "Safekeeping Extract."
• Click on the file name that you'd like a report for.

To send a message to Frost:

• Log in to your business' Capital Markets Online account.
• From the home screen, click "Create a Message" and select the Department/Client the message relates to.
• Select the type of message you'd like to send: purchase, sale or maintenance.
