First-Time Login
First on the list is your initial login. The first time you sign-on to Treasury Connect, you’ll need to set-up new login credentials.
For this process, you’ll need your newly assigned company ID, your assigned User ID, the temporary password provided by your company Admin, and then the token credentials you previously used for Cash Manager. You’ll also need to set up challenge questions, a precaution should we detect use of a new device, failed login attempts, or other suspicious behavior.
You will only have to do this the first time you login to Treasury Connect.
