COMPETITIVE REWARDS
Across all lines of business, we’re committed to maintaining a competitive compensation stance. On January 1st, 2022 Frost invested 15 million dollars to increase our minimum wage rate to $20 per hour, affecting approximately 1,800 employees across the state. Effective January 1, 2025, Frost increased the employer 401(k) match on a before-tax and/or Roth basis from 6% to 7%.

PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
We foster personal and professional growth with continuing education assistance, on-the-job training and development programs. Our goal is to support the professional and personal development of every employee. Our college tuition assistance program funded more than 1,700 employee tuition reimbursements for a total of more than $1,650,000 over the past nine years. The Tom Frost Scholarship has been providing scholarships since 1998. Since then, the scholarship has provided $960,000 to over 70 students.
